Spot on. Though she kept calling me the wrong name she Elaine was able to accurately describe my boyfriend, his sister, and the situation we're in now. I wish it was over the phone but the lines are acting but I could get as much through chat and she pointed out most of what I was thinking with my POI "communication " is the key to all. I will keep that in mind with other things that she has stated.
