What does it mean to be an advisor with California Psychics?
Advisors provide psychic readings to clients remotely via phone call, chat, and offline messages through our platform. You'll use your unique gifts to guide clients seeking clarity, insight, or support.
Do I need prior professional experience as a psychic?
Yes. We're looking for authentic, experienced advisors who have been practicing their abilities and working with clients other than friends and family. During the application process, you'll have the opportunity to share your background and style.
How does pay work?
Advisors are paid per minute for the readings they deliver. If you are invited to move forward in the interview process, we will share the specific pay rates with you.

As you grow your business on the platform and build a base of repeat clients, there are opportunities to increase your pay. Performance and consistency play a key role in rate increases.

Advisors are paid weekly via ACH for those within the U.S. and Wire Transfer for those outside the U.S.
Do you conduct background checks?
Yes - we perform criminal background checks on all advisors before they are offered a contract to join California Psychics.
Can I set my own schedule?
Yes. Advisors on California Psychics are Independent Contractors and have the freedom to create a schedule that works best for them. Many advisors enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and how much they want to work. That said, making yourself consistently available to customers has proven to help build a loyal clientele and support long-term success on the platform.
How do advisors get clients?
You don't need to do your own marketing. California Psychics brings clients to you. You focus on giving great readings and servicing clients.
Do I need special equipment to get started?
You'll need a reliable phone line, a quiet environment, and internet access. Our team will walk you through setup to ensure you're ready to serve clients.
Is there a support system for advisors?
Yes. We have a dedicated Advisor Support Team that provides 1:1 guidance, resources, and answers to your questions. Our goal is to help you succeed and grow your business on the platform.
Do I get access to tools that help me grow my business?
Yes. Every advisor has access to a performance metrics dashboard, giving you insight into your activity, customer feedback, and earnings. This makes it easy to understand what's working well and where you can improve. Combined with our dedicated Advisor Support Team, you'll always have the resources you need to succeed.
