As the holidays circle around us please remember to take care of yourself — get enough sleep, eat right and be mindfully thankful for all you have so the season will be less stressed.
For some it will be joyous and for others this can be a very sad period of time. I am reminded to reach out to those who I know will feel sadness. It is perfectly normal to see, feel and release your emotions, just know that the season changes and so will the emotions you may be currently feeling.
Being able to be thankful for all that we do have takes the focus off what we do not so we can attract more light energy to us. This process works. Some may feel alone… but you are not. There are Angels, Guides, light beings, Holy Spirit and family members who love you.
For those of you blessed this season, reach out to those who feel alone, sad and are less fortunate. There is always a reason, a season for the things that may come our way. Life’s stepping stones in this life’s journey. This year I will be giving myself permission to take the day off on the Holidays.
I have a message for all those wonderful souls that read with me and those that feel alone. Through the wisdom of the deep oceans know that from a tiny piece of grit, an impurity a beautiful pearl emerges and you too are equally capable of manifesting a pearl in your life.
I invoke the Angel Sahqiel, Guardian Angel of the Sky, to balance and ground your life. Give yourself permission to expand your heart with love and peace, look upon the blue sky and see the huge potential for your soul purpose. I invoke the Angel Roshel, Guardian Angel of the Divine self, who reminds you love yourself. Through that love you will see you are not lost and all is not lost. She will light your way so you may ascend into a brighter passage.
With much love and light to all I send you Cones of the Diamond Star Fire channeling healing holograms to all, Mother Earth and all life forms this Holiday Season. May you be blessed. Remember should you need guidance or someone to talk to CP is open 24/7 and we have a treasure trove of wonderful Psychics that will be available.
Happy Holidays Love & Light,
Abigail

Yes, true, even 30 years ago, at least here in the city of angels, people were more like that. What you said about the elderly is so true. A good thing to remind people.
Happy holiday to you, too.
Miss Krystal
Dear Abigail,
Thank you for those lovely prayers. I believe so deeply in angels and in their presence in our lives. You truly are a beacon of light shining brightly for all of us to see.
Spero que avrai un bellisimo Natale e un buon principio d’anno, e spero que gli angeli seranno sempre con te.
Auguri,
Fran
Hi Abigail,
I really LIKED that !!!!!
” Vintage ” people….great expression….yes, the elderly can be considered as a fine wine.
Beieve it or not, my silly brother Sean is an elderly magnet as well…..he can make even the elderly laugh out loud.
( They obviously think he’s silly too )!
Happy Holidays….
Blessed Be )O(……Gina Rose ext.9500
Hi Miss Krystal,
I agree with you when you said
that ” this should not be “…..isn’t it so sad though, that your mail man or any person out there would be stunned at hearing a few kind words????
Yes….40 years, even 30 yeas ago…..that would have been a very common courtesy or thing to do.
Being kind doesn’t cost anything, and only takes a couple of seconds usually out of a busy schedule, and it is good Karma…..
Happy Holidays to you Miss krystal, and your loved ones as well.

Gina Rose,
Oh yes our wonderful Vintage people. My 2 boys love their grandparents. My oldest is an elderly magnet they just love him. His step grandfather died a year ago had Alzheimers, he had 5 children of his own and my mothers 2 plus all the grandkids. He always knew my mother and my oldest up until the day he died. He’s so protective of my mother LOL he said yesterday take care of your self Gram I want you around to see your grandkids. I said that will be great grandkids and he laughed yea Mom but Gram does not seem that old. She’s young at heart! The youngest would take on an army if he thought someone was in anyway upsetting her.
Many Blessings
~Abigail~
Thank you, Abigail for this very wonderful article.
I know there are angels out there. I have been lucky, as well as my own mother, where we were both touched by angels in this life-and they came to help us at the exact, right time they were needed .
I agree that the elderly have it difficult this time of the year. They have lost so many people, and the memories begin to come at that them like lightening.
Sometimes we have to stop ourselves, and remind ourselves that we do have things to be thankful for. I always say our lives will start to get better, immediately, when we start to treat others the way we would would like to be treated. It’s also good karma.
I walked up to my postman on wednesday. I said, “Have a happy thanksgiving.” He was stunned. This should not be. 40 years ago, that was just the standard in this country.
Smile and the world will smile with you. Frown and the world wants to avoid you. Simple but true.
Thank you, I loved this article.
Miss Krystal
Hi Abigail,
Great article !!! I DO believe very much in angels myself.
And, if I may, add this : Please remember, if at all possible during this hectic time of year, the elderly senior citizens that you may know during this holiday season. The elderly person living down the street, or the elderly person living in your apt. building….or maybe even the elderly at your local nursing home.
Many times, due to their failing health, they cannot travel to visit loved ones….many times, unfortunately, they are kind of over-looked, or forgotten by loved ones who do not live within easy access.
Many times, ( and this example really tugs on my heart strings ), everybody they have known has already crossed over .
You will find that usually, all they really want is a bit of chit-chat and a few minutes of comapany….just an acknowledgement that somebody, even for a few brief moments, remembered to stop in and say “hello”.
Great article Abigail…
