For your birth number, if your birthday is july 5, 1962 you would add 7+5+1+9+6+2=30 3+0=3 your birth number is 3.

For those of you that ended up with double digits, you need to go further till you get a single digit. For instance If you ended up with 33 then you add the 3+ 3 to get 6.
