From plants to animals to humans, studies now lend credence to what sensitives have always known. This is why it is so important to keep our own energy levels at a healthy level and make sure that we surround ourselves with positive people.
With the moon becoming full this week, it is time to charge our spiritual batteries and move forward, always striving to bring the best people, energies, and opportunities into our lives. Trusting our instincts is one of the most important traits that we can cultivate, but often, we are raised to ignore those instincts out of a need to be polite or civil. Think back to when you were a child, specifically during the Summer when you were free to explore, play, and be yourself. Those are the moments when most of us last had the freedom, opportunity, and permission to follow our bliss! Children simply do, whereas we adults usually overthink; but has this made our lives any more fulfilling? We all need to have the opportunity to follow our hearts and go where our core energy wants to lead us in order to feel true happiness. This season, allow yourself to regain that wonderful gift, and see where your energy will lead you. Today’s word is Insight.

We all know the saying that ‘Laughter is contagious,” but so too is energy. Have you ever been really low, but found that being around the right group of people can suddenly make you feel alive again, and before you know it you are having a fantastic day? Likewise, you can be having a great day and all it takes is a 5-minute interaction with someone who is so toxic that you are now left feeling like you are trudging through emotional quicksand. Just as other people can and do affect us, we do the same to others. Today, make it your goal to inspire people even if only by your energy. Today’s word is Transform.

“Negativity can only affect you if you’re on the same frequency. Vibrate higher.”
It can be so hard to find the time to do those things that boost our spirits and our energy, but if we can’t do that on a regular basis, we will find ourselves sinking into negativity. A downside to this is that unfortunately, like begets like, and that won’t help us grow. If you seem to find yourself under that cloud, try to spend 10 minutes a day doing something that you love; something that feeds your spirit and soul. Ten minutes may not seem like a lot of time, but those 10 minutes done once a day means that you are focusing on your needs for over an hour a week. Little things do add up and help us to vibrate higher and face life with a smile. Today’s word is Nurture.

We are all teachers, not just those who speak in a classroom. We teach people every day, not only with what we say or how we act, but subconsciously, through the energy that we put out during our interactions. We also learn from those we come in contact with. It is ultimately up to us if we allow those lessons to teach us in ways that bring abundance into our lives and into the lives of others. Today’s word is Reciprocity.

Much like a moth to a flame, people will be drawn to those who resonate and have a healing energy. This means that as you grow you may find many people pulled towards you who are in need of healing and help. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to help others move forward on their paths, but remember that it is okay to set boundaries when needed. Those boundaries can come in many forms, from limiting the time you spend around people who seem to drain you of your energy, to scheduling time for yourself that you do not waiver on. You don’t have to be stingy when it comes to being there for others, just remember that you can’t fix everyone. Sometimes people need to go through the hard lessons in order to grow themselves. Today’s word is Balance.

This seems like something that we should just be common sense, but in the craziness that is our day to day lives, it is so easy to forget this. This is why it is so important to fill your life with activities, people, and interests that charge you up. Think back to activities that you once enjoyed, but perhaps have had to put on the backburner for a while due to other responsibilities. Now may be the time to reintroduce one or two of those things and see if they can still fire you up as much as they once did. When we have positive outlets and means of reinfusing ourselves with positivity, the trying parts of our lives are a bit easier to deal with. Today’s word is Enthusiasm.
