Delete Him From Your Life

Let Him Go and Move On

Your relationship is over, you’ve eaten all the cookie dough and ice cream in the house. Now you’re contemplating going to the 7-Eleven for more. Everywhere you look in your home you see his stuff or things that remind you of him. The memories of the relationship immediately rush back to you and you’re left feeling lonely, angry, hurt and lost. It’s time to take some control over the situation.

Give yourself some slack! It takes time to mourn the relationship. Allow the process to happen; however, there are some things you can do while you’re healing. Psychic Lucy ext. 5353 provides some specific things you can do now.

1. Delete Him From Your Life

Delete his e-mails. Remove his phone number, voicemails, texts and pictures from your phone. Unfriend him at Facebook. If he’s left anything at your house, get rid of it. You can return it to him if you want, and you don’t have to see him. After all, that’s what the postal service, FedEx and UPS are there for! Send it to him. Otherwise, throw it out. You don’t need it. As Lucy said – he deleted you from his life, give yourself permission to do the same.

2. Exercise

It might be hard to find the energy, but it’s worth it. Go for a walk for a few minutes every day. Take yourself to someplace enchanting, like a garden, and stroll through it. Go to a new gym or yoga studio and try a new class.

3. Be Social

Start accepting invitations to go out. Take yourself out to a dinner and a movie. Invite others to go with you. You’ll feel better and more energized.

All of these activities will help clear out the unwanted negative energy and create space for someone new. Get ready for that new love!

While purging, I’ve kept some items because I want them for me, not as memorabilia. Still, I will not be able to purge fully until I can sell the house. This may be the house where I’ve lived since before I married my 2nd husband, but it’s also where he came to live with me. We shared our love, our meals, and put down new flooring together… and where I came home one day to find him gone. Especially because of the floors, the only way to really purge is to sell the house. Unfortunately, I’m in no position to do that for some time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lucy, a few months ago, at a CP party. I was very impressed. Very social, down to earth, full of creative energy and original style.

As far as the post, I do feel having a pet through hard times helps so much. So if you are lonely, please consider a pet, if you are able, too. And I agree with be social, even if you have to psych yourself out in order to go. Wonderful information and well done.
Hope to see you, again, at CP, Lucy.
    Thanks, Miss Krystal
