Building the Perfect Woman
It seems that in books and movies, there are countless examples of female who are equally comfortable in an evening gown or doling out destruction in hard-hitting, hand-to-hand combat. But, in the real world, finding the right balance of beauty and ferocity is tricky business. Too much of one and you’re a bimbo. Too much of the other and you’re a butch. What’s a girl to do? Here are some tips to help you find and keep the perfect balance:
1. Find Your Inner Strength: Before you go shopping for new lipstick, or a designer machete, stop and realize that beauty and strength are not accessories. They are core ideals, and must be developed. The qualities and virtues most people value in others are things like integrity, honesty, sincerity, etc. Reflect on these things and strive to make them part of who you are.
2. Honor Your Temple: Through the ages, the definition of “beauty” has changed from society to society. Nowadays, beauty seems to go hand in hand with physical fitness. Besides the obvious health benefits, being fit will give you the confidence to shine, as well as the strength to enjoy life and explore the wondrous world we live in. Eat right, exercise regularly, and cut down on, or eliminate, vices like smoking and drinking, which cause weight gain and prematurely age and wrinkle your skin. Websites like www.bodybuilding.com can be invaluable assets in researching the field of health and fitness, as well as tracking your progress.

3. Don Your War Paint: Makeup can be a girl’s best friend or her worst enemy when it comes to being taken seriously. Improper application or misfit colors can make even the strongest career woman look like an eighth grader who’s been into her mom’s makeup bag. Find the right products and colors for your complexion, as well as the message you want to convey with your look. If you’re not sure of what these are, visit the makeup section of a local department store and ask for advice. Keep up to date on trendy looks and new products. Tutorials on Youtube can help you with application tips and secrets.
4. Prepare for Battle: Humans are wondrous creatures, capable of astounding feats in fields like art, science, sports, etc. But the fact remains that we’re all flesh and blood, so having the ability to defend ourselves from harm at the hands of those who have chosen a path of crime should be something that every woman pursues. Studying a practical and comprehensive martial art, such as Krav Maga, will give you confidence and peace of mind in knowing that you have the tools and knowhow to defend yourself and those you care about in a crisis.
In the end, beauty and ferocity are both a state of mind. Cultivate your confidence, find new challenges, and never stop finding ways to grow and change for the better. Find that balance and the other women in your life will look to you for inspiration!

Women can be fierce and feminine at the same time…..by simply having confidence in themselves.
Great Article. I have found that when your accessories accent your inner qualities they bring out your gusto for life. I have also found that when you are extreme with material things like clothes and cars you don’t really know what your inner qualities are so you fake it with what you think it should be. Sometimes trial and error is the only way to find that inner strength and some people just know. Again, great article at the perfect time!
