Marriage Destined to Last

“I don’t love my husband. I’m depressed. We lost our connection,” Kayla (not her real name) told Prinny, sounding confused as to what course of action to take. “I think I want to date.”

“You need to relax and think about this before you launch into a divorce. I’ll be totally honest with you here, men will be standing in line for you, but your husband is a good guy, a wonderful man. Work it out. I know I’m blunt, but I believe your marriage will last,” Prinny responded.

“No, no, no …” Kayla wined.

“Yes, yes, yes …” Prinny insisted lightheartedly. “You’re really going to love him.”

“But I want to be alone. I want to separate. He doesn’t turn me on. I want to date,” Kayla sighed.

“You’re going to be lovers in love again. How do you like that? I’m talking about the future. He loves you dearly,” Prinny encouraged.

“He yells. His business isn’t good …” Kayla answered back.

“Call me crazy, but what I think you really need is a job,” Prinny continued, guiding Kayla towards self-empowerment. “You would be great in sales. You need to build some interests of your own.”

Not much time passed before the psychic heard from Kayla again. “I don’t know why, but you made me feel better. I started a job at my favorite gift shop. They hired me on the spot. It’s fun!”

Just hours after Kayla’s call, Prinny heard from her husband Brian. “I know my wife talks to you. What are you telling her?”

Prinny laughed, to lighten his concern. “To hang on! I’m helping her to help herself to get happy. I’m your fan. I know you have a good aura.”

“What am I going to do?” Brian asked seriously.

“I’m going to bring you back together,” Prinny told Brian confidently. “You both need to listen to each other again.”

“I’ll do anything to make this marriage work,” he said.

“You might want to stop yelling and slamming the door … you can hurt the one you love dearly, even when you’re not really angry at them,” the psychic pointed out.

“How long before we make up? Brian asked impatiently.

“Let me look into the cards,” Prinny suggested, as she told Brian to give Kayla a month.

Brian called back several weeks later to say that Kayla had decided to go on a spiritual getaway. “Should I try to go along with her next weekend?” he asked.

“Let her go. You’re talking and communicating … I see this retreat as a healthy separation,” Prinny advised.

“I want to go up there and join her. What do you think?” Brian questioned Prinny, while Kayla was away at yoga camp.

“The timing fits. Go, go … I feel romance. I see lovers in the Tarot cards,” she added, also knowing that Kayla would be open to her husband’s visit.

Kayla called the following week to tell Prinny that they had finally made love for the first time in a very long time, at the retreat. “I’ve agreed to give our love a chance.”

“I’m glad. Brian’s wonderful. Never in this lifetime are you going to find another man like this,” Prinny assured her caller. “If you give him up,” she laughed, “I’ll take him!”

Prinny hasn’t heard from the couple since, but she did hear from a friend they had recommended for a reading. “Even their families are very excited that they are solid again as a couple,” the friend reported. “Now tell me about my love life,” she asked eagerly.
