I have been having a very difficult time the past month about my spirituality. I feel I have lost my passion for many things. I know in my heart everything is meant to be. But my head constantly wants to disagree. I feel in my heart I need help. Any suggestions?
Dear Melora,
It seems as if you are at some kind of crossroads in your life. These periods aren’t always marked by the need to make huge choices – sometimes they are much quieter and more personal.
You don’t strike me as a person who is always willing to embrace change, but more of one who sometimes has a bit of a struggle when changes happen. So here are two questions for you to ponder: What has changed, and what needs to be changed? Finding the answers to these two questions can help remove some of the blockages you are currently experiencing.
Spirituality, like most things in life, needs to evolve and grow with us. While most of us will hold tight to the core beliefs of our spirituality, there are times in life when we will also question those beliefs. Faith is like silk – it needs to be flexible as well as strong.
Your head and heart battling is causing you much confusion, and a little depression. While I’m getting little bits and pieces of a couple of situations in your life related to your head/heart battles, nothing is quite clear enough for me to make sense of it all. I’d love the chance to talk with you, to try and help you make sense of some of the past issues that are weighing you down in the present.
You said that you feel in your heart that you need help, and I whole heartedly agree. I think talking to someone, with whom you can be completely open and honest, would do you a world of good. All of us psychics are here for you, or you may want to find a counselor or therapist that you feel comfortable talking to. I don’t see you as needing years of therapy – just a little support and guidance here and there to help you make sense of, and get through, some rough spots.
