Red Responds: Her Late Husband Relays Messages Through Her Boyfriend

I’ve been a widow for four years and have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 11 months. He’s a great guy and is sincere and true with his feelings for me. We do love each other very much. Sometime in the future we would like to get married.

It seems at times my late husband relays messages to me through my boyfriend. He will say and do things that reminds me of my late husband. Is this a possibility that my husband is sending messages for me to receive? Also is my late husband happy with the man I’ve chosen?

It might bring you an element of comfort if I were to say that your husband was communicating to you through your boyfriend, but I don’t see this as being the case. Your boyfriend does have some intuitive moments, but he isn’t being used by your husband as a messenger or a conduit.

My guides are telling me that even though there are times when this can be downright freaky, it seems as if you are experiencing a psychological process rather than spiritual communications. It makes sense that you would attract and become involved with someone who is very different from, but some ways, similar to your husband. Because your relationship with your boyfriend is growing and intensifying, there are moments when you are more aware of these similarities. It’s almost as if your subconscious and conscious mind merge, creating a sensation that is a bit like deja vu.

Your husband is still rather protective of you, and he does watch over you. He seems to be quite content with your boyfriend, and is pleased with both of you regarding the pace of your relationship. Even though you have his approval, he seems to worry a bit about your moments of uncertainty – which is why he’s glad that the two of you have been taking things slow.

Keep doing what you are doing, and take comfort in knowing that your late husband approves. There’s a whole life of happiness ahead of you, and you have a very special guardian angel by your side. While he doesn’t communicate through your boyfriend, his messages to you do get through. A dream, a smell, flickering candle flames… these are the ways he reaches out to you.
