The term Déja Vu (French for “already seen”) means to sense an innate feeling that where one is now — for the “first” time — one has been before.
While there are different theories as to why human beings of all ages and backgrounds experience this sensation, no concrete answer has been found. Some psychics relate déja vu with precognitive dreams, wherein the dreamer actually experiences an event, in whole or in part, before it occurs in life. Others associate déja vu with past lives.
If you experience déja vu, stop and ask yourself what feels familiar — the sounds, the smell, what you’re seeing? Make a note of the experience and revisit it later, when you may have more clarity.
