The cheerful voice that answers the phone, the professionalism they set for the entire company. Your role is crucial and multi-leveled — a huge responsibility. This group of men and women provide several services on a daily basis. One… to our customers by setting appointments, suggesting a reader, special offers and not to mention problem solving. Most importantly, they are the Psychics’ runner guides. These individuals listen to the customer needs and do the very best to their knowledge and skill set to place the right client with the right reader for their needs to be met. I applaud you in your efforts for the task that you have set in front of you on a daily basis is not an easy one. After all you are striving to keep a diverse group of people happy to the best of your ability. Thank you for assisting me, my colleagues, and our clients and for being you! Oh by the way I can tell when you smile over the phone and so can others. Keep up the great work.
